WELL Clinic Curriculum

Month One

Welcome to the WELL Clinic

Welcome to month one! This month we will cover the Wheel of Health, goal setting, creating a routine, and celebrating success.

Month Two

 This month we will cover Myplate, the hunger scale, keeping a food log, and healthy drinks. 

Month Three

This month we will cover movement, sleep, screen time, and mindfulness.

Month Four

This month we will cover movement, planning for challenges, healthy home environment, family meals and eating out, and reading nutrition labels.

Month Five

This month we will cover ultra-processed foods and choosing healthy snacks, creating a meal plan, getting stronger, and building in social support.

Month Six

This month we will cover savoring and desserts, training the tastebuds, gratitude, and making changes stick.
